The team behind Propagate comes from four different agencies, combining skill sets including strategy, copywriting, design, web development, and print management. Each team has joined together to form a dynamic company that guides client ideas from concept through execution and beyond.
The short version: it’s been a multi-year process, beginning with Shotgunflat’s acquisition of Shields Design Studio in 2022, forming Shields SGF. Acom Healthcare, a health science marketing company, joined the family in 2024, forming Acom SGF. And in 2025, Communication Arts Group was acquired by Shields SGF.
